Field Service Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

1. Strong knowledge in High Voltage Products Services & Service portfolios and carrying out installation & commissioning and maintenance services independently.
2. Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of mainly GIS and LTB, AIS & Power Quality Solutions, and routine maintenance services, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
3. Ensuring that the necessary accident prevention measures are observed; specifically, abiding by the guidelines for work on live system components and supervising the adherence to safety and industry acceptable practices.
4. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing specialist support and solutions, and recommendations to customers for immediate and future service requirements, providing feedback to the Service Sales team.
