Job Responsibilities
Direct management of frontline colleagues: including training, attendance, grooming, coaching, and performance appraisals.
- Schedule and rotate colleagues to ensure optimal position coverage, productivity, and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules, departmental policies, and procedures at all times.
- Conduct daily briefings for frontline colleagues and address any operational concerns.
- Handle internal customer requests and issues that are beyond the scope of frontline colleagues.
- Monitor ride efficiency and throughput targets, ensuring optimal guest experience.
- Train colleagues in the safe operation of equipment and adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
- Address and rectify any service delivery defects, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.
