POSITION OVERVIEW

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Implement the regional marketing plan in North UAE, Gulf & Emerging Markets (GEM) region.
  2. Work closely with senior leaders to deliver their strategic objectives, and profiling activities.
  3. Deliver impactful and innovative campaigns across the region with a strong focus on digital content to resonate with our clients.
  4. Create brand awareness to the white space accounts.
  5. Deliver quality thought leadership thinking to clients, publications and collateral on business topics most relevant to them and support the brand positioning.
  6. An opportunity to showcase Thought Leadership.
  7. Help the company in brand building in the security space.
  8. Must have an integrated approach to Marketing Initiatives/Results Driven.
  9. Provide required domain prospects to sales leadership and continuous marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting.
  10. Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunities.
  11. Develop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.
  12. Execute marketing strategies, programs, various strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.
  13. Assist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs.
  14. Provide competitive intelligence to the field sales teams to counter competitive offers.
  15. Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand impact on Cyber security product line and business.
  16. Lead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project results.
  17. Ability to sell value to CIO, able to sell in complex multiple customer scenarios and able to showcase value proposition and sales expertise as applicable.
  18. Must have growth-oriented mindset and experience of working in a collaborative environment.
  19. Collaborate across various functions such as Sales, Technical, Channel, to ensure customer success at all levels.
  20. Track Record of marketing excellence and MQL and SQL quota over achievement.
  21. Proven record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to listen carefully and create a consultative environment.
  22. Ability to understand the technology and translate it into business needs.
  23. Ability to network, create and build strong senior executive relationships.
  24. Excel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business language.
  25. High on ethics and integrity.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant Marketing Experience and preferably a few years in Security Industry. Has experience drafting content and managing a calendar. Creative side – briefing agency for design. Vendor driven. Account based marketing – gain more traction with accounts - 80/20 rule. Someone who is Trend Micro Culture Fit from core values perspective. Should have exposure to both End Customer Environments and Marketing agencies.
