Field Marketing Services Manager, EMEAA (India Based)
The Field Marketing Services Manager, EMEAA will drive the business development of the hotel-funded program across EMEAA, ensuring scopes, processes and deliverables are harmonized across markets while remaining fit for purpose and localized to deliver best value to hotel teams & owners.
Your day to day
- Oversee and manage the performance of multiple workstreams within the Field Marketing Services program.
- Optimize key program components, fit for purpose across EMEAA - including Business Development & Hotel Contracting, Pricing, Tracking, and Performance Measurement.
- Communicate progress updates on Field Marketing Services workstreams, identifying opportunities, risks, and planning appropriate mitigation strategies.
Workstreams:
- Develop a growth strategy, establish milestones, and create a compelling value story for the program across the various Business Units in alignment with the Global Center of Excellence (COE).
- Create a scalable and adaptable staffing model across various Business Units (BUs) that meets operational needs and regional specific challenges & opportunities.
- Ideate additional service offerings, such as multi-hotel packages, à la carte services, and expanded language support, including agency selection and pricing models for a-la-carte services.
- Establish a comprehensive roadmap for bundled Commercial Services, aligned with Sales & Revenue Services.
- Design a consistent support framework for NHOP, integrated within Field Marketing Services, to provide effective marketing support to new hotels.
- Define a structured way of measuring program’s impact for supported hotels, leveraging Tableau and potential other tools.
What we need from you
Education
- Degree (bachelor or master) or equivalent in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Specialisations and additional qualifications an advantage ie. Revenue Management, hospitality, distribution, marketing etc.
- English mother tongue or first language.
- Language Skills an advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years in hospitality preferred, or other consumer focused sector, preferably within a large multinational company.
- Experience in engaging multiple functions with focus on project management.
- Experience needed with agency selection and management.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of hotel industry, particularly in Digital Marketing.
- Superior oral and writing communication and presentation skills, public speaking and group decision facilitation.
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results, tendency to a problem solving work approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
