The "Field Force Manager / Merchandising Manager" will be responsible for leading a team of merchandising associates, developing product strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective execution of merchandising plans to drive business success.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of merchandising associates to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative work environment. Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising strategies with company-wide goals.
Product Assortment and Strategy: Develop and implement a product assortment plan based on customer demand, market trends, and business objectives. Collaborate with buyers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and adjust product assortments accordingly.
Pricing and Promotions: Establish competitive pricing strategies for products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market positioning. Oversee promotional strategies, ensuring discounts, offers, and events are effectively planned and executed.
Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Monitor sales patterns and collaborate with the replenishment team to maintain stock levels that meet demand.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data analysis and market insights to inform product selections, pricing decisions, and promotional strategies.
Reporting and Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics (e.g., sales growth, margins, turnover). Forecast future trends and make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
