Field Engineer L2 UAE

We have an urgent opening for a Field Engineer in Dubai and we're looking for someone who can join our team within the next 23 weeks. What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support both onsite and remotely via phone or email, solving hardware and software issues.
  
• Own and proactively manage user problems from start to resolution.
  
• Log all issues in our call management system and ensure detailed documentation.
  
• Train and assist users on the use of their IT equipment, providing troubleshooting support when needed.
  
• Maintain an organized IT Asset Register and ensure smooth implementation of IT equipment.
  
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and network printers.
  
• Handle remote desktop connectivity tools, mobile device setups, and basic video conferencing systems.
  
• Work in close collaboration with the client’s IT team to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
  
• Provide hands-on support for network and data center equipment as needed.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in deskside or onsite IT support roles.
  
• Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with workstations, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 & 10) and Office troubleshooting.
  
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, printers, and audio/video equipment.
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory for creating and managing user accounts.
  
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  
• Customer-first mindset and a proactive attitude.
  
• Availability to join in 23 weeks due to the urgency of the role.
