Job Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Customer Service:
   1. Provide excellent customer care with a pleasant, welcoming smile.
   2. Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
   3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
   4. Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally.
   5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
   6. Ensure every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience and attend to their needs swiftly.
2. Efficient Table Management:
   1. Prepare and clean tables before and after service.
   2. Maintain neat and appealing table settings.
   3. Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
3. Barista Duties:
   1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
   2. Handle coffee and tea products in accordance with health and safety regulations.
   3. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee station.
4. Team Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
   2. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Hygiene and Cleanliness:
   1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
   2. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean, including restrooms and common areas.
6. Safety and Sanitation:
   1. Enforce safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
   2. Understand and apply best food hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

1. Well-experienced in customer care with a pleasant, welcoming smile.
2. Knowledge of basic ingredients and fusion of flavors.
3. Knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices.
4. At least 2 years of proven relevant experience in the food and beverage industry with references.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
6. Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
7. Good oral and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
9. Positive and approachable manner.
10. Team player qualities.
11. Experience: 2 years as a Waiter/Cashier (Required).
12. Proficiency in English (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Waiter: 2 years (Required)
