Female Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Swimming Instructor to join our aquatic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and water safety, with certifications in lifeguarding and CPR. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Duties include planning and conducting swim lessons, evaluating swimmers' progress, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire others in the water. Responsibilities

1. Instructing and demonstrating proper swimming techniques to female students of varying skill levels and abilities.
2. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all female students in and around the swimming pool area.
3. Developing lesson plans and swimming programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual female students.
4. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of female students, providing feedback for improvement as needed.
5. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for female students of all ages.
6. Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and organized swimming environment.
7. Providing guidance and assistance to female students in overcoming any fears or challenges related to swimming.
8. Communicating effectively with female students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
9. Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
10. Maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and certifications for female students.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be a certified lifeguard.
2. Valid certification in CPR and First Aid.
3. Previous experience in teaching swimming lessons preferred.
4. Strong swimming skills and ability to instruct a variety of swimming levels.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with students.
