Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and conduct swimming training sessions for individuals and teams of various skill levels.
2. Assess swimmers' abilities and develop tailored training programs to enhance their performance.
3. Monitor swimmers during training and competitions to ensure proper techniques and safety measures.
4. Implement injury prevention strategies and provide first aid when necessary.
5. Act as a lifeguard during training sessions and events, ensuring the safety of all participants.
6. Collaborate with coaches, physiotherapists, and medical teams to support athlete well-being.
7. Stay up to date with modern swimming techniques, training methodologies, and safety regulations.
8. Organize educational workshops on water safety, swimming techniques, and injury prevention.
9. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, athlete progress, and any safety incidents.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
2. Specialized certification in swimming coaching.
3. Lifeguard certification and rescue training course completion.
4. Certified First Aid and CPR qualification.
5. Minimum of 5 years experience in swimming coaching and lifeguarding.
6. Strong understanding of swimming biomechanics, endurance training, and injury prevention.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and guide swimmers.
8. Knowledge of modern swimming techniques and safety protocols.
9. Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
