The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions that align with company offerings. The Sales Representative will represent the company in a professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, visiting and cold calling.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Present and demonstrate company products to prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Provide ongoing support and follow up with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market dynamics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales efforts.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
Able to travel within the UAE to meet with clients and attend industry events if required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
