Our government client located in Umm Al Quwain UAE is seeking a Salesperson Russian Speaker. This role is responsible for generating sales, establishing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The salesperson will focus on prospecting, promoting products and services, and closing sales to drive revenue and growth for the company. Strong communication skills in Russian are essential to build relationships with the client and ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and promote appropriate products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry changes.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company sales goals.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and other networking events as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (ideally 3-5 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Russian speaker.
