INNOVEX AGENCY is a leading marketing agency located in Dubai, specializing in video production, content creation, social media management, VFX and 3D videos, commercial video production, website development, and branding.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales, generating new business, and closing deals. This role requires an individual with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our joinery products.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
  6. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  8. Attend events and meetings with potential clients.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  10. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.
  11. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
  13. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or production agency industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  3. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Cultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural backgrounds.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Proficiency in ZOHO CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  4. Working as a salesperson in a marketing agency: 3 years (Required)
