Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales, generating new business, and closing deals. This role requires an individual with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our joinery products.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Attend events and meetings with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or production agency industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
