Female Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive with experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed information about jewellery pieces including materials, designs, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in the store.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, grooming, and personal presentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in jewellery sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and metals.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Fluency in specified languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic, etc.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
