Job Description
- Coordinate daily operations by developing and implementing effective processes to ensure efficiency across departments.
- Schedule and coordinate with engineers for pre-delivery inspection.
- Coordinate with accounts for collections, delivery notes, cheque copies, deposits, etc.
- Assign duties to drivers & technicians, ensuring timely services.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an operations coordinator role or similar position, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus for diverse environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and implement data-driven improvements.
- Presentable.
- Preferably have a driving license.
- Candidate must have a strong personality.
- Accurate and has an eye for details.
- Ability to handle work under pressure.
