Job Description

  • Coordinate daily operations by developing and implementing effective processes to ensure efficiency across departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate with engineers for pre-delivery inspection.
  • Coordinate with accounts for collections, delivery notes, cheque copies, deposits, etc.
  • Assign duties to drivers & technicians, ensuring timely services.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an operations coordinator role or similar position, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus for diverse environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational processes and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Presentable.
  • Preferably have a driving license.
  • Candidate must have a strong personality.
  • Accurate and has an eye for details.
  • Ability to handle work under pressure.
