Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
Work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist in closing deals. Interact with customers to determine their requirements and address their queries.
Keep record of calls and sales, noting useful information.
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
Manage company e-mail and follow up on meetings.
Coordinate activities of administrative personnel.
Answer all telephone calls and transfer them to the concerned personnel within the company.
Prepare presentations, requests for quotations, and purchase orders for the company.
Maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
Prepare documents and information as needed.
Check customer feedback and maintain complete data in the system.
Maintain and develop good customer relations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.
Experience in facilities management or cleaning company is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
