Job Description

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist in closing deals. Interact with customers to determine their requirements and address their queries.
  • Keep record of calls and sales, noting useful information.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage company e-mail and follow up on meetings.
  • Coordinate activities of administrative personnel.
  • Answer all telephone calls and transfer them to the concerned personnel within the company.
  • Prepare presentations, requests for quotations, and purchase orders for the company.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Prepare documents and information as needed.
  • Check customer feedback and maintain complete data in the system.
  • Maintain and develop good customer relations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.
  • Experience in facilities management or cleaning company is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
