Female Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

JPR Home Health Care is looking for a female marketing executive to join our marketing team. This role is focused on the home healthcare industry, and you will be expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry. You will be working alongside our digital marketing team to widen the company's client base and strengthen our brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing plans tailored for the home healthcare services industry with the objective of acquiring & retaining patients, as well as building brand loyalty.
• Research, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s different marketing strategies and activities and improve them for better outcomes.
• Keep up with developments within the home healthcare industry, changes in market conditions, and actions by competition to spot potential gaps in the market.
• Diversify the marketing strategy for utmost effectiveness by organizing and coordinating medical outreach events to promote services and strengthen brand awareness.
• Work with other healthcare stakeholders, like doctors, clinic and hospital managers, and company management, to ensure the effectiveness of the communication strategies in relation to the vision and mission of the company.
• Adhere to the local healthcare marketing rules and regulations for healthcare services while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Education & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or health-related degree with a strong background in business/sales.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics for a broad audience.

Languages skills:

Must be able to read, write and speak both English & Arabic with a high level of proficiency.

Salary & Benefits:

3000+ starting salary + residence visa & health insurance.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
