JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. UAE DRIVING LICENSE
2. MASTER COLORIST
3. FLUENT ENGLISH

• Able to deliver training sessions and workshops to convey all the technical information of our hair care brands.

• Provide field technical support to the sales staff during sales calls.

• Deliver all kinds of technical training to hairdressers on the latest techniques in shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, bleaching, dyeing, and tinting hair.

• Plan desired effects by studying facial features, examining potential styles, conferring with customers, and making recommendations.

• Analyze hair conditions and recommend hair treatments.

• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications from different sources, mainly our suppliers.

• Maintain quality service by following company standards.

• Manage and coordinate education courses and live demonstrations in salons and academies.

• Conduct daily salon visits to provide product knowledge and work on models inside the salon.

• Perform education in the form of workshops and seminars.

• Attend necessary training wherever required.

• Assist in demonstrations and seminars.

• Assist and report to the Managing Director to achieve company goals.

• Maintain a good system to keep all client details for future reference.

• Have in-depth knowledge of the product to explain the pros and cons of the products.

• Attend to customer needs and requirements.

• Convince customers to buy the products.

• Promote product developments and enhancements or newer upgraded products to customers.

• Provide technical support for the sales team as well as deliver training to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
