Female Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of FEMALE Graphic Designer (With own visa Only)!!!

Candidates from Kerala are only preferred.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your web design skills to maintain and develop our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

Languages: English, Malayalam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist:
   • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
   • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
   • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
   • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
2. Web Designer:
   • Design and maintain our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
   • Create and edit web content, including text, images, and multimedia features.
   • Ensure website accessibility and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
   • Stay up-to-date with web design trends and best practices.
   • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas.
3. Video Editor Duties:
   • Video Editing: Edit and assemble video footage into polished final products that meet the creative vision and technical standards.
   • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging video content for various platforms.
   • Post-Production: Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual effects to enhance the quality of video content.
   • Asset Management: Organize and maintain video files, assets, and project documentation.
   • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic video editing equipment and software issues.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in administration and web design.
• Proficiency in web design software (e.g. Adobe Dreamweaver, WordPress, HTML/CSS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
• Certification in web design (e.g. Certified Web Developer).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
