Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic female General Surgeon to join our medical team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general surgery and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including elective and emergency surgeries.
2. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including pre-operative assessments and post-operative care.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
4. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and recovery.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
6. Stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques and best practices.
7. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD) and completion of a residency in General Surgery.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in general surgery.
3. Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
4. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
5. Excellent surgical skills and strong clinical judgment.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
