Female Fitness Trainer
Job description
We are searching for a motivated and experienced female gym trainer to join our team and empower our members to reach their full fitness potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for new clients, including health history, goals, and current fitness level.
- Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, etc.).
- Motivate and guide clients throughout their workout sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
- Track client progress, monitor results, and adjust programs as needed.
- Provide expert advice on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and exercise modifications for clients with limitations.
- Conduct engaging and informative small group fitness classes (e.g., strength training, Zumba).
