Attend regular coaching meetings to stay updated on company policies and client care techniques.
Assist with any client-related tasks as directed by management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in training clients.
Ability to instruct and motivate individuals, tailoring training plans to meet clients' unique needs.
Knowledge of a wide range of exercises and fitness techniques with the ability to adapt them based on client capabilities and goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of emergency First Aid procedures with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
