Female Consultant General Surgeon (Colorectal / Proctology) - Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Consultant General Surgeon to join our prestigious medical team at Allocation Assist Middle East. Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Medical Director, the Female Consultant General Surgeon will be responsible for providing top-quality surgical care to our diverse patient population. With a special focus on Colorectal and Proctology, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in diagnosing and treating a variety of surgical conditions. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations.
2. Developing and executing treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
3. Performing surgical procedures with precision, utilizing the latest techniques and equipment.
4. Providing post-operative care and follow-up to ensure successful recovery.
5. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
7. Keeping up-to-date with medical advancements and participating in continuous education and training.

Requirements:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant General Surgeon, with a focus on Colorectal and Proctology.
3. Fellowship training in Colorectal and/or Proctology highly desired.
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required; other languages are considered a plus.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership abilities and a team player attitude.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Must be Western trained.
