Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment, onboarding & employee relations
2. Develop & implement HR policies
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

1. Proven HR experience of 10+ years (managerial level preferred with Manufacturing industry experience)
2. MBA in Human Resources Management or CIPD or SHRM
3. Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
4. Strong communication & problem-solving skills
