Female cashier

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth checkout experience and providing excellent customer service. As a cashier, you will handle transactions, answer customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter and leave the store.
2. Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
3. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policy.
4. Assist customers with questions and provide information about products and promotions.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
6. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
7. Follow security and safety procedures to ensure the protection of store assets.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
2. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
3. Basic math skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
7. Basic Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,200.00 per month
