About Us: Our client is a prestigious coffee shop located in the fashionable district of Jumeira, Dubai. Renowned for its luxurious ambiance and commitment to excellence, this café offers a premier coffee experience. Combining the finest coffee blends, cutting-edge brewing techniques, and unparalleled customer service, their goal is to provide each guest with a memorable and sophisticated experience. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join their elite team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crafting Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, adhering to company recipes and high-quality standards.
2. Customer Service: Greet and engage customers warmly, providing information on our menu items, answering questions, and suggesting products.
3. Order Management: Accurately take customer orders and process payments.
4. Work Station Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
6. Equipment Handling: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
7. Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and customer service techniques to continuously improve skills.
8. Sales Display: Update and organize display cases to promote sales and enhance the visual appeal of our offerings.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience as a Barista in a high-end café or coffee shop is a plus.
2. Skills: Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, a keen sense of flavors, and the ability to create latte art.
3. Customer Service: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, reflecting the upscale environment of our coffee shop.
6. Availability: Open to working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
