Job Description:

Our client, a renowned dining establishment in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated F&B Supervisor who will initially host guests and manage operations. This role is designed for a motivated individual to transition into the Restaurant Manager position as the restaurant grows. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host Responsibilities (Initial Phase):
    • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.
    • Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
  • F&B Supervision and Restaurant Operations:
    • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
    • Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
    • Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Transition to Restaurant Manager:
    • Take full ownership of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency in offerings.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience hosting or managing at a high-end restaurant or dining establishment.
  • Formal training or certification in hospitality management.
