Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for performance of all waitresses. Coach them on an ongoing basis.
2. Ensure all waitresses are smartly presented at all times and that they comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.
3. Lead by example and promote efficiency, integrity, courtesy & an extremely high standard of quality.
4. Serve food and/or beverages to principals and their guests; prepare & serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
5. Take orders & serve food & beverages to principals/guests at tables.
6. Provide fast, efficient and highly courteous services at all times.
7. Ensure the correct appearance of all of the dining and other food service areas.
