FB Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Check the accuracy of the guests' reservations, orders, and other requests
• Visit guests at their tables to confirm satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Opera
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
• Hospitality background is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
