FB Attendant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Check the accuracy of the guests' reservations, orders, and other requests
- Visit guests at their tables to confirm satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Opera
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Hospitality background is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
