To monitor and offer guidance on fatigue risk management issues ensuring adherence to requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports individual departments and units on the investigation and monitoring fatigue, ensuring comprehensive fatigue risk management across the organization.
- Analyses data to identify trends, recommends triggers and monitors compliance with fatigue-related software and systems.
- Provides recommendations to the Fatigue Risk Management Safety Action Group (FRM SAG) in all matters related to fatigue contributing to the continuous improvement of the fatigue risk management system (FRMS).
- Develops and executes workshops and training as necessary for the stakeholders.
- Participates in all FRM meetings, ensuring that operational and safety concerns are addressed and aligned with organizational goals.
- Supports operational departments in preparation of Safety Performance Indicators (SPI) as per the company and GCAA requirements.
- Reviews scientific papers and safety publications regarding the area of expertise to develop the FRMS further.
- Develops and distributes monthly communication with crew on fatigue related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Degree in Fatigue management, Human Factors, Safety or Sciences.
ATPL, AMEL, FCAL will be an asset.
Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 - 4 years of mandatory working experience in an aviation environment in a technical capacity or operational.
AIMS, AMOS, FRMs software knowledge is preferred.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
