Responsibilities:

1. Perform sewing duties including altering, fitting, and mending.
2. Fit new customers to support the Made to Order lines in Temperley / RC.
3. Coordinate with Brand designers/tailors to ensure that the product meets the quality checks of both brand & customer.
4. Tailor, mend, and alter to meet brand standards.
5. Maintain equipment and keep the working area clean and organized.
6. Attend to guest requests for alterations and mending.
7. Sew and repair as required.
8. Assist in the preparation of costumes for special events to ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Check all repairs daily to ensure quality and readiness.
10. Demonstrate excellent service by being attentive to both internal and external guests, fulfilling requests promptly and anticipating needs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a student of design & fashion interested in tailoring.
2. An eye for fashion & understanding of design.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages (Arabic/French/Russian) are an advantage.
4. Flexible with working hours and a team player.
5. Should be impeccably groomed and presentable.
6. Flexible with rotating shifts.
