Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The position is responsible to represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. This includes performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager/assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Must possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
2. Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills.
3. Recommend and link customer specific products.
4. Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
5. Brand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge and minimized stock loss.
6. Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
7. Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.
8. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
9. Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter.
10. Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
11. Must be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
12. Tally money in the cash drawer during the beginning/end of shifts.
13. Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits.
14. Issue receipts/refunds/change to customers correctly.
15. Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
16. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales.
17. Flexible to work extended hours during Sale/Festival periods.
18. Record inventory inward/outward and maintain the report of the same.
19. Stay updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to customers.
