Family Medicine Physician

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, promoting preventive care, and managing a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Provide counseling on health maintenance, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Manage a diverse patient population across all age groups.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives.

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills and familiarity with medical software.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Committed to ongoing education and staying updated on medical advancements.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a diverse patient load.
