Duties Include ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support faculty through weekly announcements and by answering questions
Gather and compile course assignment availability and coordinates assignments in consultation with department leadership
Maintain faculty records and hierarchies in various systems
Coordinate hiring and onboarding of online faculty
Maintain communication with IMs & SMEs to ensure coordination and implementation of LUO policies and procedures
Coordinate training of online faculty and maintain current training materials and online faculty Canvas community resources
Coordinate curriculum development of new courses and maintain existing courses while supporting faculty Subject Matter Experts
Assist in accreditation matters
Research and compile data
Track enrollment in course sections and project future needs
Write reports for audiences as appropriate to the needs of the audience
Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees
File and maintain records
Perform administrative support tasks
Minimum Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of administrative experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to solve problems of both routine and complex nature
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (i.e., Canvas)
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent interviewing skills
Work well independently and as part of a team

Master’s degree
Customer service experience
