Position: Factory Supervisor/Manager

Location: Corporate Manufacturing Office

Reporting to: Project Controller & Deputy CEO Manufacturing

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Engineering

Experience Required: Must have experience in Aluminium or Joinery Factory.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the development, performance, and maintenance of the manufacturing production to ensure smooth and efficient production and delivery solutions, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets.
2. Ensure that the team understands that the organization's profits are reflected in all manufacturing production and activities, including relationships and risk management.
3. Adhere to budgets and plan to maximize profitability.
4. Meet targets for yourself and the team, as well as for the organization as a whole.
5. Ensure the smooth running of the team and organization.
6. Contribute to the training and development of the team.
7. Assist the line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organizational plans.
8. Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations (e.g., Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification).
