Job description

The company designs, manufactures, and supplies skid-mounted equipment, covering all project stages from engineering to commissioning. Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the progress of construction according to the construction schedule.
  • Filling out certificates of completed works.
  • Be able to read construction documentation and drawings.
  • Write daily progress reports.
  • Preparation for further operation of the warehouse and office.
  • Organization of works on maintenance of the building and equipment.
  • Work, Budget planning.
  • Experience with electricity is required.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, engineering, or facility management (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in maintenance, operations, or project management.
  • Leadership and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
