Role

The staff member would support with facilities management, housing inspections (therefore a driving licence/car is required), and other ad hoc tasks.

1. Traveling to different facilities to check over the physical location.
2. Examining the facility's legal paperwork, such as licenses, permits, and education documents of staff.
3. Ensuring each area meets specific requirements under the law.
4. Conducting inspections to determine compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
5. Advising facility management of code violations and recommending corrective action.
6. Investigating building code violations and enforcing zoning and licensing regulations.
