Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with all communities and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operation of all services at all times.
2. Prepare detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) for technical tasks and service requirements.
3. Coordinate with contractors on all aspects of their work, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
4. Provide technical assistance and support to both service providers and community teams as needed.
5. Respond to emergency situations efficiently and support the team in resolving issues promptly.
6. Coordinate with internal and external teams during crises or emergencies, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation in line with established policies and protocols.
7. Conduct technical evaluations of proposals submitted by contractors and vendors.
8. Monitor statutory testing of critical services, including fire alarms, generators, and other life safety systems.
9. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
10. Review and address environmental issues in alignment with operational standards.
11. Provide periodic reports and updates to senior management on technical matters and service status.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities operations or technical coordination roles.
3. Strong technical understanding of building systems, safety procedures, and vendor management.
4. Ability to handle emergencies and crisis situations with calmness and efficiency.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance testing is preferred.
