Build up the Master program, plans and sub-plans to set the annual, quarterly and monthly target. Monitor the progress and develop action plan (if needed).
Review program of works, procurement and drawing logs submitted by the contractors, deadlines and constraints to control the project from any delay.
Electrical Design and Review: Create, review, and approve electrical designs and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk analysis for fit-out projects, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
Control project costs and variations, review and approve submitted payments / claims and validate extension of time (EOT)
Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and preventing cost overruns.
Value Engineering: Identify cost-effective solutions during project design and execution without compromising quality or functionality.
Evaluate projects outputs through the project life cycle and develop proper communication channel
Develop clear and sufficient relationships with all involved teams to ensure that project will achieve the targets.
Lead the project team by implementing good project management practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and smooth communication.
Manage the project end to end and implement the management processes and procedures.
Supervision and Certification: Oversee on-site execution of electrical works and certify completed installations for compliance with design and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Master in project management / construction management is preferred
PMP Certification preferred
LEED / WELL AP preferred
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in Fit out / construction industry
