Role Summary The Facility Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive facilities support for Majid El Futtaim Lifestyles premises including, but not limited to full budgetary responsibility, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, routine cleaning schedules, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
ROLE PROFILE
Manage all facilities preventative and predictive maintenance programs, including scope of work, specifications, SLA's, management of vendors, and quality assessments.
Manage all adhoc activities on timely manner ensuring minimum disruption to business operations.
Attend to all emergency matters and urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
Work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers to build and develop professional working relationships.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers/procurements to ensure best market prices and service quality.
Ensure Majid El Futtaim Lifestyles stores are maintained at the highest possible levels and standards.
Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Engineering.
7+ years experience in retail industry, minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role.
Certification in H&S is a must.
Certification in Facility Management.
Retail Operations knowledge.
