Facilities Manager

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Facility/Asset Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance within industrial operations.

The Facility/Asset Manager is tasked with planning and overseeing the safe, secure, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable operations and maintenance of Euro Mechanical's facilities across multiple locations, with a focus on preserving the long-term value of the assets. This role involves implementing systems to track costs related to facilities management and collaborating with the line manager to develop and monitor site-specific facility management key performance indicators (KPIs). The Facility/Asset Manager ensures execution aligns with Euro Mechanical's facility management plan.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage maintenance plans and budgets for repairs, refurbishments, and related activities.
• Oversee the upkeep of equipment, MRO materials, and office/industrial facilities while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and respond to emergency breakdowns to ensure operational continuity.
• Implement and enforce safety programs, conduct periodic facility inspections, and manage security, waste disposal, and parking allocations.
• Monitor utilities consumption, minimize costs, and drive continuous improvement through lean practices and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records to track maintenance activities and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience driving daily preventive maintenance for industrial equipment (cranes, compressed air systems, CNC machines, HVAC, chillers, etc.).
• Knowledge of the operating procedures, policies, and regulatory frameworks of ICAD & KEZAD, Civil Defense, and Municipality regulations in Abu Dhabi would be an added advantage.
• Experience supervising third-party civil contracting works.
