Oversee the efficient and cost-effective delivery of both Soft and Hard FM services (e.g., cleaning, security, waste management, maintenance, and building services).
Budgeting, TENDERING & Cost Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor the FM budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Prepare cost estimations and ensure that all activities are performed within budget, taking corrective action as necessary to stay on track.
