Facilities Engineer/MEP Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Specialized in projects (Construction various industrial/commercial/renovation) cost planning and estimating, BOQ production, tender services, contract preparation, Scope definition, Variation preparation.
• Specialized in measurement of MEP systems, Mechanical, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Low Voltage.
• Provide risk measurements and method of statements and cost control functions.
• Assist with drafting detailed progress/ cost reports.
• Reporting to projects manager on day-to-day tasks.
• Understanding the implications of QHSE regulations.
• Managing workload with minimal supervision such as site inspections follow up with suppliers/contractors etc…
• Design, plan, supervise and execute projects including renovation and maintenance related matters.
• Review/prepare MEP asset list.
• Coordinate with Procurement for Annual maintenance contracts (regarding MEP) for all the branches.
• Supervise the In-House Air Conditioning maintenance team.
• Inspect existing Facilities on regular time frame.
• Supervise external appointed Contractors and vendors.

Qualification and Experience:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Min 5 years experience in different Projects/renovation works.
• Specialized in Design programs (CAD, Sketchup, Revit).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
