Facilities Engineer/MEP Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Specialized in projects (Construction various industrial/commercial/renovation) cost planning and estimating, BOQ production, tender services, contract preparation, Scope definition, Variation preparation.
2. Specialized in measurement of MEP systems, Mechanical, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Low Voltage.
3. Provide risk measurements and method of statements and cost control functions.
4. Assist with drafting detailed progress/cost reports.
5. Reporting to projects manager on day-to-day tasks.
6. Understanding the implications of QHSE regulations.
7. Managing workload with minimal supervision such as site inspections follow up with suppliers/contractors etc.
8. Design, plan, supervise and execute projects including renovation and maintenance related matters.
9. Review/prepare MEP asset list.
10. Coordinate with Procurement for Annual maintenance contracts (regarding MEP) for all the branches.
11. Supervise the In-House Air Conditioning maintenance team.
12. Inspect existing Facilities on regular time frame.
13. Supervise external appointed Contractors and vendors.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. Min 5 years experience in different Projects/renovation works.
3. Specialized in Design programs (CAD, Sketchup, Revit).
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
