Liaises with all communities and service providers to ensure all services are in working order at all times.
Prepares Scope of Work.
Coordinates with contractors on all issues, including checking on progress of their work and internal communication on resolution of critical matters that affect communities and developments.
Provides technical assistance to the communities and service providers as necessary.
Attends to emergency situations and assists the team in quicker resolution of issues.
Coordinates with relevant teams during crises and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reports the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
Carries out technical evaluation of proposals.
Provides periodic updates to management.
Monitors the statutory testing of services, such as fire alarms, generators, and other life safety systems.
