Liaises with all communities and service providers to ensure all services are in working order at all times.
Prepare Scope of Work.
Coordinates with contractors on all issues, including checking on progress of their work, internal communication on resolution of critical matters that affect communities and developments.
Provide Technical assistance to the communities and service providers as necessary.
Attends to emergency situations and assist the team in quicker resolution of issues
Coordinate with relevant teams during crisis and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reporting the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
Carry out technical evaluation of proposals.
Provides periodic updates to Management.
Monitors the statutory testing of services, such as fire alarms, generators and other life safety systems.
