Job Description:

• Liaises with all communities and service providers to ensure all services are in working order at all times.
• Prepare Scope of Work.
• Coordinates with contractors on all issues, including checking on progress of their work, internal communication on resolution of critical matters that affect communities and developments.
• Provide Technical assistance to the communities and service providers as necessary.
• Attends to emergency situations and assist the team in quicker resolution of issues
• Coordinate with relevant teams during crisis and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reporting the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
• Carry out technical evaluation of proposals.
• Provides periodic updates to Management.
• Monitors the statutory testing of services, such as fire alarms, generators and other life safety systems.
• Reviews relevant environmental matters.
• Carryout inspections and audits.
