Ensure all administrative activities are handled effectively and efficiently.
Ensure strict confidentiality discretion and professionalism when dealing with delicate Company matters/issues.
Maintain Billing updates and coordinate with Finance dept., internal and external staff from time to time.
Maintain/Update/administer and coordinate all approved contracts/Agreements.
Maintain up-to-date manuals, directives, and organizational charts and keep the FM Department informed of changes.
Ensure that the overall department files, in both hard & soft copies, are always in order and obtain a proper document filing system for all the master files.
