Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facial Therapist to join our team at Crew Life at Sea. As a Facial Therapist, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a range of high-quality facial treatments and services. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including cruise ship guests and crew members, and help them achieve their skincare goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing, to meet the needs of our guests.
2. Consult with guests to determine their skin type and any specific concerns or problem areas.
3. Recommend and sell skincare products to guests based on their individual needs and concerns.
4. Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide the best possible services to our guests.
5. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
6. Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
7. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or cruise ship setting.
2. Certification in esthetics or a related field.
3. Knowledge of various facial treatments and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
8. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.
