Job Opportunity: Fabrication Supervisor – Fencing System Fabrication

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Supervisor to monitor our fencing system fabrication operations. This role focuses on supervising welders and metal cutting workers to ensure that all tasks are executed according to technical drawings provided by management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing work quality, managing production timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise welders and workers performing metal cutting and welding operations.
• Ensure all work adheres to technical drawings and specifications provided by management.
• Control and track production timelines to guarantee timely completion and delivery of fabricated components.
• Coordinate with management to address production challenges and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of production output, quality checks, and time management performance.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or monitoring role within metal fabrication, preferably in the fencing system industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role (experience exclusively outside the UAE will not be considered), ensuring familiarity with local industry practices and regulations.
• Solid understanding of metal cutting and welding operations, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Relevant certifications or a willingness to obtain necessary fabrication or safety certifications are a plus.
