Fabrication Operations Manager

Operations Manager is a senior role which involves overseeing the production of work at services in the Fabrication Facility. It is the Operations Manager's job to make sure the facility is running as efficiently as possible, with a smooth service that meets the expectations and needs of the Projects and Client.

Responsibilities:

1. To plan and direct all fabrication operations.
2. Establish objectives, policies and procedures covering all aspects and phases of fabrication in the facility.
3. Actively participate in the process of bidding and winning work.
4. Direct the process of scheduling and completing work in a manner consistent with area policies and objectives and in accordance with contractual requirements.
5. Formulate financial plans and CAPEX requests for the facility operations. Approve and present these plans for approval.
6. Client liaison.
