Job Description

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with fire alarm and firefighting system standards, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire safety systems, ensuring adherence to local regulations and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and compliance checklists for all fire safety installations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery to the site.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on the proper use and maintenance of fire safety systems, enhancing overall safety awareness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to enhance site safety.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site, collaborating with engineering and technical teams to ensure effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and advancements in technology to ensure best practices are followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems installation and maintenance.
• Valid UAE Driving License is essential for site mobility and coordination.
• Experience with local fire safety codes and regulations within the UAE is preferred.
• Proficient in English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong technical skills in fire alarm systems, suppression systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Physical ability to perform site inspections and participate in hands-on tasks as necessary.
